How to report web filtering issues using Websense Requests

Please report all filtered web address issues using the Websense form


To submit a WebSense request to blocked or unblocked a website:


  1. Download the WebSense Request application from the App Depot, if it hasn't already been installed.  Once the application is installed, the WebSense Request icon will be in the Administrative Tools folder in PISD Apps.
  2. Click on PISD Apps.  Under Administrative Tools, click on WebSense Request.
  1. Log in using your network user name and password.
  1. Fill out the information and click Submit.
  1. Once you have submitted the request, you will receive emails regarding the status of the request.
