The problem first happened when I switch from iphone 12 to 15 Pro Max. My phone number remains the same. I've reported this (not receiving a pass code from Frontline) to my carrier, Apple, District tech support already. None of them could solve the problem. The District added my classroom numbers (PESH & Williams), but with those numbers, I still can't receive any pass code. (I picked voice message for the classroom phone numbers.) If this is not resolved, I won't able to print or get to my W2 for the tax purpose. Please help. Thanks.
